Here’s a summary of every Canada PNP program draw that was held in the month of July 2021.

July 27, 2021 – Manitoba issues 1,140 invitations to skilled Express Entry candidates

Manitoba issued 1,140 invitations to Express Entry candidates in a Manitoba PNP held on July 27, 2021. The draw created a new record in the number of invitations issued in a single PNP draw ever.

The minimum score required by candidates was 557.

July 27, 2021 – Ontario conducts a PNP draw issuing 1,031 NOIs

On July 27, 2021, Ontario issued 1,031 NOIs in a PNP draw. The NOIs were issued to candidates involved with 18 specific occupations. The draw was held through the Human Capital Priorities Stream of the Express Entry.

The NOIs were issued to candidates whose CRS scores ranged between 458 and 467. The candidates had to have submitted their Express Entry profiles between July 27, 2020, and July 27, 2021, to be qualified.

July 27, 2021 – British Columbia issued 59 invitations to immigration candidates

On July 27, 2021, British Columbia held a BC PNP draw that issued invitations to international graduates and skilled workers. The draw was a tech draw which means that the candidates were highly skilled in tech jobs.

July 21, 2021 – Saskatchewan issues 280 invitations in an EOI draw

On July 21, 2021, Saskatchewan conducted an EOI draw that issued invitations to 280 immigration candidates. The candidates were invited across 2 immigration streams namely:

July 21, 2021 – Ontario holds a French-Speaking Skilled Worker draw. issues 115 NOIs

On July 21, 2021, Ontario conducted a French-Speaking Skilled Worker draw that issued NOIs to 115 immigration candidates. The CRS scores of candidates ranged between 461 and 467.

The eligible candidates had to submit their Express Entry profiles on dates between July 21, 2020, and July 21, 2021. They also required a minimum CLB ranking of 6 for English and 7 for French.

July 20, 2021 – British Columbia invites 383 immigration candidates in 2 immigration draws

On July 20, 2021, BC PNP held 2 immigration draws, one general and one targeted.

The general draw went like this:

July 15, 2021 – Prince Edward Island issues invitations to 127 skilled immigration candidates

On July 15, 2021, PEI PNP conducted a provincial draw that invited 127 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. The candidates were from Skilled Worker and Entrepreneur categories.

The invitations were issued as follows:

July 15, 2021 – Ontario issues invitations via the stream of Employer Job Offer: In-demand Skills

On July 15, 2021, for the first time ever, Ontario issued invitations through the stream namely Employer Job offer: In-demand Skills. The draw issued invitations for candidates from Regional Immigration Pilot.

The draw focused on 13 NOC classified occupations in health and agriculture. It also featured occupations in manufacturing outside GTA.

The following were the targeted occupations:

Health & Agriculture

  • NOC 3413 – nurse aides, patient service associates, and orderlies
  • NOC 8432 – nursery and greenhouse workers
  • NOC 4412 – home support workers and related occupations, barring housekeepers
  • NOC 8611 – harvesting laborers
  • NOC 8431 – general farmworkers
  • NOC 9462 – poultry preparers, industrial butchers & meat cutters, and related workers

Manufacturing (outside GTA)

  • NOC 9411 – machine operators, metal and mineral, and processing
  • NOC 9437 – machine operators for woodworking
  • NOC 9523 – fabricators, electronics assemblers, testers, and inspectors
  • NOC 9416 – metalworking and forging machine operators
  • NOC 9421 – chemical plant machine operators
  • NOC 9446 – machine operators for industrial sewing
  • NOC 9526 – inspectors and mechanical assemblers
  • NOC 9417 – machining tool operators
  • NOC 9422 – machine operators for processing of plastics
  • NOC 9461 – processing of food, beverage, and associated products and process control & machine operators
  • NOC 9536 – coaters, industrial painters, and process operators for metal finishing
  • NOC 9418 – machine operators for other metal products
  • NOC 9537 – assemblers, finishers, and inspectors for other products

July 14, 2021 – Alberta issues invitations to 181 Express Entry candidates

On July 14, 2021, Alberta issued invitations to 181 Express Entry candidates in a PNP draw that was connected with the Express Entry system.

July 13, 2021 – British Columbia invites 56 immigration candidates in a BC PNP Tech draw

On July 13, 2021, British Columbia conducted a Tech PNP draw that invited 56 candidates in all comprising international students and tech-skilled workers. The draw featured invitations issued via 4 immigration streams of BC PNP.

July 13, 2021 – Ontario invites 1,685 immigration candidates in 4 EOI draws

On July 13, 2021, Ontario held 4 different EOI draws that in all, invited 1,685 immigration candidates. The candidates belonged to the categories of international students and foreign workers.

July 9, 2021 – Manitoba issues LAAs to 277 immigration candidates

On July 9, 2021, a Manitoba PNP draw had LAAs issued to 277 immigration candidates. They belonged to the categories of international graduates and skilled workers.

July 8, 2021 – Saskatchewan issues 295 invitations to immigration candidates

On July 8, 2021, Saskatchewan conducted an EOI PNP draw that invited 295 candidates across the streams of:

  • Express Entry

 July 7, 2021 – Ontario issues 21 ITAs via the Entrepreneur Stream

On July 7, 2021, Ontario invited 21 immigration candidates under the Entrepreneurship stream. The candidates who were invited had scores between 146 and 200 points. Eligible candidates had submitted an EOI by June 29, 2021.

July 6, 2021 – British Columbia issues invitations to 387 immigration candidates

On July 6, 2021, British Columbia issued invitations to 387 immigration candidates through 2 BC PNP draws. One was a general draw and the other was targeting candidates with experience in occupations indicated by NOC 0631 and 0621.
