Quebec to issue open work permits to Canada immigration candidates with CSQ

Skilled workers possessing Quebec Selection Certificates (QSC) will now be eligible for open work permits. This will allow them to work while waiting for the final decision on their application for a visa for Canada immigration. The new development comes under an IMP+, which is an expanded International Mobility Program. Under this program in Quebec, IRCC will give 7,000 skilled workers open work permits every year.
