Abstract:  Quebec issued ITAs to 1,009 applicants through Quebec Immigration Program.

The "La Belle Province" of Canada, Quebec held a draw on September 15, 2022. It issued ITAs or Invitation to apply to 1,009 candidates.

The candidates who were invited scored 563 or above. The candidates had to be employed under specific jobs listed in the NOC or National Occupational Classification.

Candidates who had registered their profile before September 13, 2022, were considered for the draw. The draw was authorized by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration of Quebec.

The invitees can apply for permanent selection of Quebec and receive the CSQ or Quebec Selection Certificate.

These invitations were issued to those candidates who had a valid employment offer outside the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

1. Criteria for human capital

The criteria are given below:

  • Proficiency in the English or French language
  • Age of the candidate
  • Professional experience
  • Educational level

2. Criteria for the requirement of the labor market in Québec and priorities of the government

The criteria are given below:

  • Workforce diagnosis
  • Work experience in Quebec or abroad
  • Field of training
  • Diploma from Québec
  • Valid employment offer in or outside the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal
