• Ontario issued 1,179 NOIs to candidates for candidates who have a score of 496 and above on September 28, 2022.
• The profiles that were created in the IRCC Express Entry system between the dates September 28, 2021 – September 28, 2022, are considered for this draw.
• This draw is targeted at Tech professionals. This is the 4th draw this year under the HCP (Human Capital Priorities) Stream.

Details of the Ontario HCP draw held on September 28, 2022

• OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program) issued around 1,179 Notifications of Interest (NOI) to the candidates who have CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) ranging from 496 and above.
• This is a targeted draw for Tech candidates who had an active Express Entry profile on the IRCC website between the dates September 28, 2021, and September 28, 2022.
• This is the highest number of invitations issued till date for Tech professionals in 2022 under the Human Capital Priorities stream.
• In 2022, a total of 3,076 candidates received NOIs through the HCP stream, among which 1,801were Tech professionals.

How to get selected in Ontario HCP draw?

• After receiving NOI, the candidate have to submit an application to OINP if they are qualified for Ontario Express Entry (OEE) stream.
• Candidate have to submit the application within 45 calendar days after receiving the NOI.
