With rising life expectancy and an older population, Australia requires a large number of healthcare personnel.

According to statistics, roughly 13% of Australians are above the age of 65, which grew to 15% in 2017. This number is expected to reach 20% by 2037, illustrating the tale of the ageing population. As a result, more aged care and other health care specialists are required.
