New changes announced by Schools in the US

The elite schools in the US plan on reinstating standardized test requirements. Harvard and Caltech announced that they would bring back the SAT/ACT as mandatory test requirements for admissions.

Some of the changes announced are listed below:

  • Students willing to apply to Harvard in the fall of 2025 will be required to follow the new policy.
  • Students willing to apply to Caltech in fall 2024 will be required to submit scores at the time of applying.
  • The MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) re-imposed the test requirements two years ago.
