Canada creates history by setting a record in one single year.

The maple leaf country welcomed 430,000 new PRs to the Country, one of the highest invitations in one year.

IRCC announced its record-breaking target of entries of new Permanent residents in 2022. This was the highest number of PRs ever arrived in 1 year. It’s a historic year for Canada.

Modernization of IRCC

5.2 million applications were processed by IRCC. This number is twice the number of applications processed in 2021. The applications include citizenship, Permanent Residence, and Temporary residence.

IRCC credits its technology modernization, new resources, streamlined processing, and bringing more processes online to maximize applications processed and the highest number of admissions.
