Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189) is a permanent resident visa to Australia. An applicant has to clear
a point-based test and score enough points to be able to apply for this category. The whole process is
divided into 4 stages – EOI, State Sponsorship, DIBP Application, and Visa Processing.
But for applicants who just need assistance with submitting an EOI first and then with DIBP application,
this product is for them. Unlike other Y-Axis products that provide service throughout 4 stages
of processing subclass 189 visa or subclass 190 or subclass 489 for that matter,
this product processes only 2 stages; yet help you get a permanent residence visa.
Expression of Interest (EOI) is submitted through SkillSelect to the respective state or
territory authority in Australia. An invitation to apply is then received upon being eligible.
Then a visa application is submitted with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
Both the applications are easy to fill and submit. But having someone experienced do the EOI and DIBP
application will surely increase the chances of positive results.
